Tickets purchased online (listed as will-call) will be mailed to the mailing address you provided when ordering. Tickets purchased after October 2 will be picked up at the door/show your emailed ticket.

No, tickets are available to purchase in person at:

Pettigrew Feed & Hardware (Edinburg), The Armory inside Leonard Truck & Trailer (North Jackson), Randolph Home Furnishings (Randolph), Sarchione Ford Service Department (Alliance), and Sarchione Chevy (Randolph).

Captain's tables are a table and tickets for 8 people. The doors open for general admission at 5:30 pm. The captain of a VIP Captain's Table gain early entry at 5:00 to choose their table and are entered into a special raffle. The captain of a regular captain's table gain early entry at 5:15 to choose their table and are entered into a special raffle.

We have a 54 in. Toro TITAN® Zero Turn Mower Grand Prize drawing for $20/ticket that can be purchased in advance. We will also have a Christensen MESA 22" 6.5Creedmore in-person drawing the night of the raffle.

You can purchase a dinner ticket for $40 & raffle only tickets for $25 each.

This year we are introducing a Silent Auction for some of the bigger prizes, such as the 2 Person Inflatable Kayak, the Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board and the 75" TV! Payment for Silent Auction items will need to be paid via cash, check or credit card night of event. 

Yes, we have 3 tiers of sponsorship opportunities available:

The Maroon level is $250 and includes 2 Tickets to Event, Recognition on Event Program, and Name/Logo Displayed Throughout the Event. 

The Gold level is $500 and includes 4 Tickets to Event, Recognition on Event Program, Name/Logo Displayed Throughout the Event, and Social Media Shout Outs.

The Platinum level is $1,000 and includes 8 Tickets to Event, Recognition on Event Program, Name/Logo Displayed Throughout the Event, Social Media Shout Outs, and a Reserved VIP Captain's Table Early Entry into Event at 5 pm.

It is recommended that you bring cash, but there is a cashier available that can accept credit cards for a nominal fee. 

Yes, but it's not necessary. We provide water, coffee, ice tea and soft drinks free of charge. We also sell beer and seltzers.

Yes, we offer Raffle Only tickets for $25 each for people that cannot attend the event.

Winners will be notified via listed contact phone number within 7 business days. We will also post a list of winning names and/or numbers.
